NBS Group aims to deliver every order quickly, safely, and with clear communication. This Shipping Policy explains delivery timelines, charges, and shipping for orders within and outside the UAE.


Shipping Highlights

  • Free shipping across the UAE
  • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM (UAE time), Monday to Saturday, on in-stock items
  • Orders outside the UAE are supported; shipping is quoted based on destination country and shipment details

1. Shipping Coverage

UAE

Shipping is available across all Emirates.

Orders Outside the UAE

Shipping is available to selected countries. Shipping charges are quoted based on destination country/location, package size/weight, and courier fees.


2. UAE Shipping (Free)

Cost

Free shipping applies to all UAE deliveries.

Same-day Delivery Cut-off

  • Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM (UAE time): same-day delivery (in-stock items)
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM: delivered on the next business day, subject to courier routing and address accessibility

Business Days

Shipping timelines exclude Sundays and UAE public holidays. Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day.

Note: Oversized, heavy, bulk, or special-handling items may require scheduling. If any exception applies, our team will contact you before dispatch.


3. Shipping for Orders Outside the UAE (Quoted)

  • Place the order or request a shipping quote before placing the order
  • Our team will share a shipping quotation based on destination country, shipment weight/volume, and courier options
  • Dispatch begins after shipping approval/confirmation and payment of shipping charges (if applicable)
  • Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or import restrictions are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country

4. Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS where available.


5. Delivery Delays, Missed Deliveries & Address Accuracy

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, road restrictions, customs clearance, or unforeseen events
  • Customers must ensure shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or customer unavailability may result in re-delivery or re-shipping charges

6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video (if available) to speed up resolution
  • Resolutions are handled in line with the applicable return and refund policy

7. Product Restrictions

Some products may be subject to courier, safety, or cross-border shipping restrictions. If an item cannot be shipped to the selected destination, the order may be cancelled and refunded accordingly.
