Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NBS Group, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparent service.

  • Order Cancellation:
    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped. For custom or bulk orders, cancellation is not allowed once confirmed.

  • Returns & Refunds:
    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Non-returnable items include customized products, opened electrical components, and items marked “Final Sale.” Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    Contact us within 3 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • Refund Timeline:
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges:
    Subject to availability. Return and re-shipping costs may apply.
